Greatest Soldier On Earth

this idea cam to me late lastnight, and I figured, it’s easy enough todo, why not do it?

What the fungdark is it? It is a sort of competition to find the best CP army soldier!

Here is how it works:

Sign Ups: the leader of an army may just comment and say that their army is signing up!

Round 1: Round one is each army determining who their nominee will be, you can do this the good way, by poll or the stupid way by the leader picking somebody.

Round 2: In round 2 one leader from each participating army votes for a candidate, but it can’t be the candidate from their army. half of the candidate sare eliminated, thehalf with the least votes, duh.

Round 3: in the final round voting continues as it did in round 2 and whoever has the most votes is crowned the greatest soldier on earth… Or CP!

Other Rules:

• The candidate from each army must be ranked below leader in their army.
• Voting will be by comment but checked by IP.

so signups are now OPEN! All n00b armies will be denied entry, sorry n00bs. xD

Foreign Affairs

It is a sad day, today. About ten months ago I created the department of foreign affairs, I haver been in charge of it since then. The department saved RPF from many wars, some with WW, ACP, UMA, and one against just about every other army on CP. Now unfortunatley my responsibilities in RPF and real life too much and I must step down from the position. So thenew head of foreign affairs is *drumroll* Fiasco121!

RPF Chat

Well soldiers of RPF! I need to talk toyou about RPF chat. RPF chat is where all of the RPF troops hang out, but they dont just hang out, that is usually how we tell people to recruit, update the join page, have an unscheduled practice battle and much more. So it is important for everyone to get on RPFchat.

Now for people who always are onchats but not RPF chat, you need to at least check RPF chat all the time. If you just assume nobody is at RPF chat and head off to a different chat then RPF chat will always be empty,cause chances are about five RPFtroops are doing thatsame thing. If you all went to RPF chat more often then it would be alive more often, duh! Also if you go to a different chat you shoyld keep RPF chat open in another window.
