I is running vote me for promo XD jk.

Ive been in Rpf for a very long time, im a 1st to 2nd generation trooper. Though i have a long history with cp armies itself. I was around during the color wars, how many of the other people running have that, barely. I brought back the romans, and was the first to bring them back successfully, make a website for the romans and be the first roman leader not bent on cp domination. These romans actually tied with the real Acp once, back when they were beatable. I have nearly 3 years of leader expierience, none of my competitors have that.

As rpf leader i will put the fun back into cp wars. I will also, no matter what, listen to public. I will open a suggestions page, so if im not on the chat, i can still know what u want. If i notice the people want something more than other stuff, ill have a poll on it. I am also bringing back weekly promo, even though itll be every other week, on thursdays. I am also fixing the ranks, and the ranks will be based on the us armies ranks. Also, people of the congress are aloud to be mods, so member ranks have a chance to be mods. Ill also set up a better chat for us to get away too. So our current chat will be the military chat, and the one i make will be the get away to chat. Not to mention, recruitments, wars, patrols and Pbs will be happening more often.

Bribing someone is saying if u do something for me, u get something good. I only said i was giving people good ranks, but never said they had to vote for me. I also do have a plan for rpf, everything i said before this, is half of everything i have instore for this army. My leadership skills are very simular to commando, the creater of this army. I wont let u down.

I remember joining the RPF near the aftermath of WWIII. And to this day there are great things to happen in the future of RPF to come; however, great things come with great sacrifices. One day, Commando planted a seed (RPF). He had great combinations of fertilizers and treated the seed with care. Soon, a small plant formed and was dominant from all the others. He gave it sunlight and watered it daily and it become strong. But as the season ended, new gardeners came. They tried to keep the plant healthy, but it wasn’t enough. Inactivity caused the plant’s growth to cease. Politics caused the plant’s health to decrease. Many gardeners have tried to keep it alive using numerous methods of trying to get the plant to grow and prosper, but they have failed to work. A new one is to come. Who would treat the plant with care?

I’ve been through a lot of RPF’s history. I’ve had my Golden Age too, and I can sense it coming back. I have some answers to make the Rebel Penguin Federation rise up to become one of the most organized, discplined, and strongest ARMIES in all of Club Penguin history. Notice how I used all caps on “armies.” We cannot achieve this goal with politics. We were created to be a huge group of Stonewall Jacksons and Robert E. Lees, not a bunch of George Bushes, Bill Clintons, and stupid political parties.

RPF’s glory was not achieved through bills, congress, or by a failed Constitution (my fault by the way). RPF’s glory was achieved by rebels who came together with a goal, a plan, and military service. Our tactics outwitted the Underground Mafias Army in WWIII, our determination and active service boosted morale in our allies, our name made other armies intimidated by what we have achieved. What about now?

You and I have heard laughing.

The other armies are laughing from their soldiers’ tongues in our efforts to survive (Halo Legendary quote ftw). Great victory comes with great sacrifice. I can have RPF achieve victory, but it may come with some huge sacrifices.

First off, to become a great army, we have to drop the politics. Sorry Ziehen, the greatest CP armies were created through military campaigns, not bills and debates. I am not saying we should go back to a dictatorship. My new staff will operate like real generals do. Developing battle plans, battle tactics, and that kind of stuff. Dropping politics also includes our nation, the United Servers of the Rebel Penguin Federation. I plan to drop all of our servers and to ONLY operate in Tuxedo and Mammoth territory. Tuxedo is the legendary server in which Commando’s Campaign began. Mammoth is the Bloody Battlefield in which made our army known. I plan to only operate in Tuxedo and in the neutral Army Council server, Mammoth. Tuxedo will be run by soldiers, not politicians. Each and every RPF soldiers will act if it was his own.

“Soldiers can’t run a server! Only politicians can!!” Wrong you Fail! Soldiers CAN run a server. It’s called patrolling, training, and recruiting. I am an ex-politician telling you that politics have not, are not, and will not work in the RPF. WE ARE FREAKING REBELS! We run with military arms, not with political documents. You can’t defend a server with paper, and if you were a good one, maybe dodge a shoe or two (George Bush’s greatest achievement in his presidential career). Dropping all of our servers except Tuxedo does a more good than bad actually. If we operate in one server, that can insure us better protection with only one server to patrol. Another thing is that we will be well known on it because we will be constantly recognized by its home civilians. Another good thing is that we are the perfect size to patrol it with succession. Once we get BIG enough, yeah we will expand. But, we are too small to defend all the servers we have.

Second thing, RPF was organized when it was founded, and I will be enforcing it, and I know you will enjoy it. The RPF will be operating in four brigades: 1st Brigade, 2nd Brigade, 3rd brigade, and 4th Brigade. For this to happen, I will need to make a new ranking system, which I already have. The Major Generals will run each battalion and yes you literally “own” the troops. I believe in independence. Stonewall Jackson operated better when he enforced his own decisions. Major Generals will not have to get many orders from me. They can use their own battle tactics, conduct their own practice battles, etc.

Third, I will be opening the Rebel Guard. The rebel Guard is a volenteer “branch.” Anyone can do it. All it is is basically conducting patrolling and recruitment days on Tuxedo. You can make it fun too! It will also feature RPF’s Ol’ Night Division that patrols AND parties at night.

Fourth, I will initiate Stryker Training Acadamy of RPF (STAR). It will be a boot camp for new recruits and also for generals.

Fifth, I am going to open RPF’s first private military company, Rebel Solutions. Rebel Solutions is for any RPF soldier to join. It is basically for RPF soldier to also be a mercenary. I am making this because if we are ever in a situation in which two allies fight, we can fight on BOTH sides. Yeah, basically we send out or Rebel Solutions mercenaries for both armies. This will make it our own “practice battle.” It will also help improve alliances with other armies.

Sixth, I will initiate the Rebel Bureau of Intelligence (RBI). It will be run by my Second in Command and it wil be RPF’s intelligence service, kinda like ACP’s SSACP.

Seventh and last, I will try to create Uncommon: The RPF Combat Handbook. It will be for new recruits to generals which will include battle tactics, RPF history, and charcter building to become a better soldier and person.

I have a lot of fertilizers that will help the plant become brimming with life and activity and for one day for it to become a large tree. So, what are you waiting for? Vote for me for the upcoming election. Remember politics suck, but military service is awesome! It isn’t Talk the Good Talk, stupid! it’s Fight the Good Fight! So vote for me, so you can fight, not talk and argue over stupid political issues which are hurting us! Let me be your leader to lead you to an age of respect, honor, valor, and fun! I’d like to object to Ziehen’s candidacy, He wasn’t IN RPF. He just popped in and said, ‘I’m the leader of the Airforce now’ and everyone was OK with that. Ziehen quit, and therefore, he cannot run.

And I take it that Kyle isn’t candidating for re-election. So we shouldn’t see him around here anymore, according to his motives in the comment above, in the future, correct?
